At Zatu Games, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchases. If your items don't fit or meet your expectations, you can return them within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Initiate Your Return

Log into your account portal and select the items you wish to return to generate a unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Pack Your Items

Place the unworn clothing with original tags attached into the original packaging to ensure the items are protected during transit.

Attach the Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided in your email and secure it firmly to the outside of your return package.

Drop Off and Track

Take your package to any authorized courier drop-off point and keep your receipt until your refund is processed within 7-10 business days.
